Hey there, I'm Fran.
Here's a little bit about me and my business.
I am passionate about self-growth, branding, and art. I'm a huge foodie and I love creating art when I'm not doing so for others.

I was born in Sarasota, Florida surrounded by turquoise waters, soft white sands, and historical landmarks. My parents immigrated from Peru directly to Florida to pursue the American dream of having a boss daughter, oh and then having successful careers - making me the first generation in my family to graduate college and create a career in marketing.

I fell in love with the industry the moment I had to choose my major, but like most first-gen children, I chose the traditional route:
​
Go to college, graduate early so you can get a job at a big corporate company, and "stay ahead of the game."
​
So I did exactly that, but I quickly outgrew the mindset that led me there.
I decided to move back to Sarasota and leave my successful job at a supply chain firm as a global communications coordinator, for another job that seemed like a better pick.
​
News flash: it wasn't. I was underpaid, working completely out of my scope, and lacking the resources to create quality content.
​
And then, the pandemic came.
​
The pandemic had changed people, especially employers. The competition was high and everyone was hiring but employers provided no growth to young professionals due to fear of another "Great Resignation."
​
So obviously, I resigned. I worked as a bartender for a few months to gain back the socialization I lost from working in a small office. I fell in love with the culture and the community. So much so that the savings that I thought would last me a lifetime, ran out.
But I knew I couldn't go back to a corporate company and be restricted on what I wanted to do, so I decided to start a business offering small marketing services here and there, which turned out pretty well for me.

My hometown Sarasota turned out to need more support than I thought. I was able to help people I knew growing up, and watch their businesses flourish doing what I loved. I finally felt connected to the work I was doing.

After seeing the results of my work aligning with my love for creating art, I decided to start a business in brand management.
As a Sarasota Brand Consultant, I strive to build brands that stick and create
long-lasting relationships.
